Reserve your scuba diving experience today

Here's our policies:

Reservations are first come first served. Advance reservations are encouraged.  Please call or e-mail me to check availability and reserve spots.

We take a maximum of 6 divers/snorkelers/passengers out on our boat.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express to hold reservations. Credit cards, cash and personal checks are accepted as payment.  If paying by card, please bring it with you at the time of the dive so we can run it.

Certified Divers, please present your C-card at the boat.  If you've lost your card, please call or e-mail ahead of time and we can check to see if your dive agency has a record of it.  Oftentimes, your full name and birth date is all that is needed to verify your certification.

Please try to let us know what gear you may need at the time of reservations.  Height, weight and shoe sizes may be handy depending on what type of gear is needed.  As long as I have that info a day or more prior to the dive, we should be able to have everything ready.

Cancellation Policy:  We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  If you have a problem, please get a hold of me ASAP so I can have a chance to re-book.  For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, I'll happily not charge you if I can fill your spot.  Unfilled spots canceled within 24 hours will be charged full price, No Show - No Call will be charged full price.

If I book you, we're going.   I do not cancel charters because there are not enough passengers.  If I book you for a day or week of diving, and nobody else shows, you're getting a private dive for no extra charge, and we're not going to skimp on the diving.

Weather cancellation:  In the event of a rare storm or nasty surf, we make a determination if the day will be cancelled the morning of a dive.  On rough mornings there's usually a bunch of operators out at the edge of the harbor looking at conditions.  If it is unsafe, I'll flat out cancel diving for the day.

We can usually find good diving , if it's so nasty that we're not going to be able to find good diving and people aren't going to have fun... I'll let you know and recommend we not go out for the day, and if people decide not to go out there will be no charge.

Note: Dive charters don't cancel just because it's windy up North while it's calm down in the Kailua area - Winds can be dramatically different north of the airport due to the tradewinds which funnel between the various volcanoes on the island and usually miss the Kailua area altogether.  A few miles can make a world of difference in the weather here.
